For the last couple of years they have taken care of our condo (C5034) at Palm Pavillion when we have been in Norway. They have run the rental business of our condo very professional and to our satisfaction. Room by Room have looked after my villa for coming on 3 years now. Each time I return to my home it is immaculate and well looked after.

Unlike agencies back home in the UK, they don't rip you off with outrageous charges for spurious jobs - they take care to charge very reasonable rates, and carry out maintenance when needed. They usually answer emails on the same day, so I never fell I am out of touch when I'm in England.

David, Monika and their team are reliable and trustworthy. There is no property maintenance company in Hua Hin who can match their price or service levels. Working in LOS can't be easy but they do get the work done and I feel confident that my house is in good hands while I am in the UK.
